The Director, Enterprise Risk and Compliance is responsible for directing the Company’s strategy related to global compliance activities, sustainability/ESG, and enterprise risk management and is accountable for:

  • This position is also responsible for oversight of the Company’s strategies and practices for (i) hiring and onboarding compliance and (ii) document and version controls.

  • Management of personnel related to hiring, onboarding, in-house employee screening, labor compliance, record retention, and sustainability/ESG.

  • This position is responsible for developing strategy related to enterprise risk management, risk appetite, record retention, hiring/labor compliance, and sustainability/ESG.

*Essential Skills:  *

  • Global Enterprise Risk Management (40%)

  • Sustainability and ESG (40%)

  • Hiring and Business Process Compliance (20%)

5+ years of experience in risk, compliance, legal, sustainability, ESG, business/operations/services management, and/or project management.

Total compensation package and benefits commensurate with the position.
