Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES As part of our dynamic business intelligence team developing efficient data integration workflows, processes and visualizations, you will: Develop and optimize data integration workflows using tools like Informatica to ensure seamless data flow across systems. Design, document and implement efficient ETL processes to integrate data from diverse sources, enhancing overall accessibility. Develop and refine data models to support key business information needs and support predictive analysis and strategic business decisions. Ensure high levels of data quality and availability while maintaining data lineage by implementing best practices for data integration, management and validation. Design and maintain intuitive, interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI. These dashboards should facilitate rapid trend analysis, management by exception, and predicted variances to leading KPIs. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for data integration, collection, modeling and reporting to ensure consistency and transparency across the organization. Qualifications

HOW TO SUCCEED Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, and; Experience with SQL, ETL tools like Informatica, and data visualization software such as Tableau or Power BI Strong Analytical skills with demonstrated experience in data modeling and complex data problem solving. 5+ years of relevant work experience in data integration and analysis 5+ years of experience in report writing, developing and delivering dashboards and communicating findings verbally and visually at senior levels, including executive level briefing presentations This position requires access to technology, materials, software or hardware that is controlled by US export laws. In order to be eligible for this position, you must be a "US Person" under US export laws (or eligible for approval under a U.S. Government export license). Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in related field and 8+ years' directly relevant experience in data sci nce BI development roles. Strong programming skills in Python 5+ years' experience in USG aerospace & defense industry Collaborative work style with a willingness to engage with stakeholders at all levels Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams listening to stakeholders to understand requirements and communicating solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills Programming expertise in SQL (Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL), DAX, Python, R-language, Visual Basic or other relevant languages Relevant experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, IFS, Visual or equivalent Related Business Operations Analyst work experience aerospace & defense industry We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. Annual Range: $107.520 - $152,741 Annually (Lansdale, PA) Applicable pay within the posted range may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographical location, job function of the position, education, and experience of the successful candidate.
