Title: AF Fighter Jet Operations Research Analyst SME Location: Langley AFB, Hampton VA Clearance: Top Secret Clearance (preferred) Citizenship Requirement: US Req #: 3716 Salary: $200,000 to $220,000 annually This is an onsite role

Description: Provide support to A35 Division leadership on current / future development, bed down, sustainment, and/or integration of advanced air, space, and cyberspace capabilities for the Combat Air Forces (CAF). Act as technical and operational subject matter expert (SME) for advanced Mission Designed Series (MDS) aircraft integration, planning and employment. Perform formal / informal training on AF, Joint and Coalition advanced capabilities to include capability integration and combat operations. Oversees A3 operational integration and security of advanced capabilities. Coordinates operational security classification guidance / policy changes needed to facilitate CAF operational activities. Qualifications: Former 11F (Fighter Pilot) or 12F (Fighter WSO) with a minimum of 1,000 total operational flying hours Previous operational Special Access Program (SAP) experience Able to translate / articulate / present advanced warfighting topics at all security levels (CUI, SECRET, TS/SCI and SAP) utilizing published security classification guidance (SCG) Must be able to meet TS/SCI and DODM 5205.07 (vol 3) SAP access eligibility requirements. SAP access may require voluntary submission to a polygraph examination. 5th Gen Fighter experience, desired USAF Weapons School Graduate, desired Current (within past two years) SAP, STO and TS/SCI access highly desired Familiarity with operational CAF Access Management Plans (CW, JADC, P1000A), desired Previous Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) account (general user), highly desired. 3 years’ experience working on an Air Force higher headquarters (HAF, MAJCOM and NAF) staff environment producing decision documents, presenting briefings, building staff packages, coordinating with other staff personnel, working with other major command elements, and interfacing with USAF staffs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Microsoft Teams, and Adobe Acrobat software.
