Description:

The Registered Cardiology Sonographer is responsible for performing echocardiograms per Accrediation guidelines, on outpatients, inpatients and emergency patients under the direction of the Echo Supervisor and Cardiologist.

The Registered Cardiology Sonographer is available to work shifts during department hours of operation, as needed, on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. On call shift availability based on department need, preferred with two years related experience.

St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a Per Diem Registered Cardiac Sonographer to join our team. The Registered Cardiology Sonographer acts as a professional team member of the Cardiology Department in performing echocardiograms on in-patients, outpatients and emergency patients. Obtains special echocardiographic views as directed by the referring diagnosis and directed by echocardiographic findings. Follows IAC standards.

Requirements: Registered Cardiology Technician or Registered Cardiac Sonographer or ARDMS,

CPR certification, two years related experience.

The Registered Cardiology Sonographer is available to work shifts during department hours of operation, 7am- 430pm as needed, on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Availability for 24/7 On call shifts weekdays, weekend, holidays, based on department need, preferred.
