  • Collaborate with local HR and stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives and support talent acquisition for a diverse and skilled workforce.

  • Foster a positive work environment through open communication, teamwork, and inclusion, while supporting continuous performance and talent management processes.

  • Utilize the HRIS system, Excel, and PowerPoint to analyze HR KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Work with local unions to negotiate and align HR practices with regional requirements.

The skills and experience you need

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, industrial/organizational psychology, business, or a related field, with approximately 5 years of experience in a global, collaborative matrix industrial environment.

  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations in diverse international settings, with the ability to navigate cultural nuances effectively.

  • Proficient in project management, organizational design, HR analytics, HRIS, talent and performance management, and skilled in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis.

  • Excellent English language skills are essential due to the international aspects of the job.

  • Understanding the linkage between financial and business KPIs with HR KPIs and deliverables, with experience in multicultural and multi-country environments.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to blend independent work with effective teamwork, demonstrating a proactive mindset and a results-driven approach. They must possess the capacity to skilfully communicate with different stakeholders, maintaining a high level of integrity in all interactions. Establishing credibility as a skilled Business Partner, the candidate should be adept at influencing outcomes and navigating international communications with ease. A tactical thinker with a structured mindset, the ideal candidate will be capable of delivering on project agendas and ensuring thorough follow-up. This position may require some travel.
