What would you do as our IT Application Business Relation Manager
As an IT Application Business Relation Manager, you'll join our Business Application Team as an internal consultant, focusing on Infor M3 to optimize our business processes and support our Business in several locations, including France, Switzerland, Sweden and more.
Your key responsibility will be to support any improvements of Infor M3 Finance, working with business analysis, implementation, maintenance and administration of the system.
As IT Application Business Relation Manager you will attend operational meetings with your colleagues in Business Segment Pedestrian application team in order to later report on tasks, issues, challenges and opportunities to the Application Director.
Exact responsibilities and organization are subject to change depending on circumstances.
This means taking initiatives, suggesting ideas and working with overall improvement of all solutions within service solution to meet business objectives and requirements.
You would also:
Lead Change Advisory Board and Business Relation Meetings
Participate in larger projects and act as a Project Manager for smaller projects
Translate finance business requirements and objectives into IT solutions and processes within Infor M3
Act as a second-line support and coordinator of Inform M1
Collaborate with Suppliers
Be responsible for application administration, documentation, testing, and "train the trainer" duties within Infor M3
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Has several years of hands-on experience with Infor M3 or entrée finance system, preferably in a consultant role
Has experience working with Azure DevOps
Can demonstrate strong business knowledge and background in global/international companies in a similar role, including global rollouts and change management activities
Is willing to travel within the Western Europe, frequency will vary (around 10 business trips per year or more)
Is proficient in English, both verbal and written
Knowledge of French would be beneficial. We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual, who is a skilled a problem solver with excellent communication and influencing skills, that wants to help us on our continuous improvement journey.
