Robert Half Sr. Administrative Assistant in Lancaster, South Carolina

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sr. Administrative Assistant in Lancaster, South Carolina. This role is primarily rooted in the construction industry and involves providing assistance to our sales personnel. The Sr. Administrative Assistant will be tasked with a variety of administrative and customer service duties, with an emphasis on maintaining efficient communication and organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist sales personnel with their daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow.

• Utilize CRM systems effectively to manage customer interactions and data.

• Coordinate and schedule meetings using Cisco Webex Meetings, ensuring all participants are well-informed.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer records, updating them as necessary.

• Process customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Manage calendars effectively, scheduling appointments and meetings as needed.

• Handle conference calls, ensuring smooth communication between all parties.

• Prepare and manage expense reports using Concur, ensuring all expenses are accurately recorded and justified.

• Utilize knowledge of construction industry to provide relevant assistance.

• Assist in budget processes, utilizing ADP - Financial Services for accurate financial management. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Experience with Banner Ads

• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for remote collaboration

• Knowledge of Concur for managing expenses

• Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software

• Familiarity with About Time for project management

• Understanding of Budget Processes for efficient financial planning

• Ability to manage Calendar effectively

• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in managing Conference Calls

• Familiarity with Basecamp for project management

• Construction industry knowledge is preferred

• Experience in managing Expense Reports effectively
