Job Title: Janitorial Hospital Services

Location: Lancaster, PA

Pay Range: $15.37 per hour

Shift: 11pm- 7:30am

About the Role:

Our client, a leading provider in the environmental services industry, is seeking a dedicated Janitorial Hospital Services professional to join their team. As part of the facilities management team, you will support various establishments, including healthcare facilities, schools, and universities. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to cleanliness, and the ability to work independently, aligning successfully with the organization's standards.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of facilities in various locations.

• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve cleanliness standards.

• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; motivated individuals are welcome.

• Ability to work the 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7:30 AM.

• Adherence to uniform and grooming standards.

• Completion of a standard criminal background check.

• Willingness to undergo additional background checks, including proof of immunizations (TB test within the last 30 days and COVID-19 vaccination).

• Ability to fluently communicate in English and follow instructions.
