Staffing Service USA Bookkeeper / Payroll Specialist, Part-Time, Lancaster, PA in Lancaster, Pennsylvania

We have permanent, direct hire opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper / Payroll Specialist in Lancaster!  On-site, Part-time (3-4 days/week)!

Bookkeeper/Payroll Specialists Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Process monthly financial reports
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Process weekly payroll (full-cycle)
  • Insurance processing

Bookkeeper/Payroll Specialist  Qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Ability to work in various systems
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • Ability to work independently, yet a strong team member
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
