DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: HVAC Technicians are responsible for responding to service calls for repairs; performing HVAC service maintenance on a variety of split system and packaged units, furnaces and unit heaters; and maintaining records on all HVAC types and filter sizes for all our Commercial properties. Some of our commercial properties include: Greenfield Corporate Center, Highlands, Fox Chase, and Rossmoyne Business Center.

Technicians also perform preventative maintenance according to agreements; and assist with the installation and service of HVAC equipment, heat pumps, gas furnaces, boilers and roof-top packaged equipment.

Our next team-member will ideally possess the following educational and work qualifications:  * A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) required  * Minimum of 1-3 years of experience with HVAC equipment  * An EPA certification is required.  * A valid drivers' license is required.
