The Performance Group is looking for an experienced Production Lead on 1st and 2nd shift! An ideal candidate would have the ability to work a flexible schedule and mandatory overtime. Previous work history and a solid resume are required.

Schedule and pay:

1st shift: Monday through Friday - 5:45am -- 2:30pm (or until orders are concluded) | $16.00/hr

2nd shift: Monday through Friday - 2:00pm -- 11:00pm (or until orders are concluded) | $16.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Must gain knowledge within all of the positions and assist where it is needed.
• Must assist with set-ups and maintain a clean environment while and before the end of the shift.
• Must follow proper SOP, GMP, and safety and comply with OSHA policies.
• Quality assurance.
• Experienced with OVO systems.
• Must be able to walk/stand for the duration of the shift if needed.
• Execute and complete all assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual preferred.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must be able to lift over 30lbs to 50lbs as needed.
• Must be able to work in a cold or wet environment.
• Knowledge in operating an electric pallet jack is preferred.
• Strong computer and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
