Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to manage the success of multiple Google Workspace migration work streams. This individual will ensure successful project delivery, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. As a critical member of our delivery team, you will lead and guide cross-functional teams to ensure the timely, efficient, and cost-effective migration of customer's messaging and collaboration infrastructure and applications to the cloud. Primary Responsibilities: Lead, manage, and execute multiple cloud migration work streams simultaneously. Develop and implement comprehensive cloud migration plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Analyze dependencies between work streams and identify and mitigate potential risks. Oversee the work of change management and technical teams responsible for migration activities, including deployment engineers, change managers, trainers, and developers. Monitor progress against plans and make adjustments as needed. Manage communication and collaboration between stakeholders, including technical teams, business units, and senior management. Identify and implement best practices for Google Workspace migrations Develop and maintain technical documentation for migration activities. Stay current on the latest cloud technologies and trends, particularly Google Workspace and Gemini features. Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within the Workspace delivery process. Proactively identify and address challenges and roadblocks. Contribute to the continuous improvement of the cloud migration process. Preferred Skills and Experience: 7+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in the IT field, with experience doing Workspace migrations and/or email messaging migrations to or from Office 365 5+ years of experience with cloud migrations. Experience running agile ceremonies (user story grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, story point estimation, etc) or serving as a scrum master Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex technical projects. Strong technical understanding of Google Workspace and related technologies Excellent program management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
