Rockwell Automation is seeking an accomplished and driven Integration Manager to join our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Team. The ISC Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions will be a part of the ISC Strategy and Transformation Office to lead multiple merger and acquisition integration projects across Rockwell Automation's Operating Segments. You will collaborate with the acquiring Department Leadership Team, and Corporate Support Teams to lead value creation activities to achieve the financial and strategic goals of a merger, acquisition or joint venture. Principal Duties: Lead the due diligence efforts for ISC to ensure all risks and integration cost are identified. Hold self and others, both direct and indirect resources, accountable to achieving the agreed upon outcomes for a Merger and Acquisition Direct a team of program managers to achieve the outcomes defined for a Merger and Acquisition, and plan ISC integration program management activities from due diligence through post-close execution. This includes Integration Strategy, Action Plans, Resource Allocations, Schedule, Budget, Business Operating Model, Communications, Synergy Capture & Reporting and overall Integration performance. Collaborate across and influence important support teams including Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Tax, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Communications, and the internal Integrated Supply Chain. Improve the identification of interdependencies and risks. Develop mitigation plans. Coordinate integration tracking, monthly acquisition & integration reviews with ISC senior leadership and communications via Integration Stage Gate and Change Control Process with standardized metrics. Be the on-site contact for integration issues and act as ISC "Brand Ambassador". Define and guide the development of integration standardized processes, procedures, tools, templates and integration strategy. Ensure ongoing continuous improvement by identifying the cause of issues, leading integration postmortem discussions, capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices.
