Purchasing Accounting Manager

Job Information:

Location: Lakewood, NJ

Contract-to-permanent opportunity

Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Pay-rate: $30.00/hour

Purchasing Accounting Manager Job Duties:

• Develop and manage the budget for procurement activities.

• Forecast financial needs and manage cash flow related to purchasing.

• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve favorable financial outcomes.

• Implement strategies to reduce procurement costs.

• Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.

• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivables.

• Prepare invoices.

  Purchasing Accounting Manager Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of related experience.

• Strong experience with QuickBooks and MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Experience with having direct communication with vendors and suppliers.

• Available to start immediately.
