Description:

• We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical Designer with 2+ years of experience

• This person must have excellent management skills, be able to complete projects from start to finish including field work, have successful past experience managing clients to ensure successful projects for all involved and be able to maintain deadlines without supervision

• Projects are mostly in Denver Metro area with some across and out of the state

• Projects include K-12, telecom, retail, office, medical, lab, restaurants, multifamily, infrastructure, ground up, TI, etc.

• Fully in office and based in Lakewood, CO

Responsibilities:

• Survey existing building systems to complete accurate as-builts

• Assess and modify existing HVAC and Plumbing systems to meet new space requirements

• Coordinate with Electrical and Structural Engineers on projects

• Coordinate with Architects on projects

• Create drawings in AutoCAD

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Design

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam

• Experience with commercial projects
