The total compensation opportunity includes the base salary and $40,000 - $45,000 at plan commission. The Account Manager that supports our Calibration Solutions business has responsibility for meeting and exceeding sales goals by advancing Mesa Lab's Renal Care product line utilizing solution-based concept selling skills to the U.S. Dialysis marketplace. The Account Manager acts as a member of an integrated team who works in partnership with internal Customer Service, Technical specialists, Marketing, and Product Management to accelerate growth and ensure an overall positive customer experience. This is a remote position with the preferred location being Colorado. Key Job Responsibilities: Remotely sells Mesa Lab's Renal Care Portfolio products and retains end- user customers within all assigned customer accounts to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals. Exceed business development goals for assigned accounts by creating intelligent actionable SMART Account Sales Plan that you execute to create, manage, and close opportunities. Master features, benefits, and value of aligned product lines and present these to technical and economic call points utilizing appropriate situational sales methodology. Manage leads, prospect for new customers, build and present proposals, negotiate pricing, and effectively differentiate Mesa Labs product offerings. Build consultative relationships with technicians, supply chain partners, and end users. Maintain positive working relationships with all customer partners. Maintain active presence at top accounts. Utilize technology platforms and data to analyze trends and opportunities for effectively targeting accounts. Effectively manage sales pipeline via CRM Platform and provide monthly forecasts to Sales Management. Maintain knowledge of the current industry / competitive landscape including government regulations, healthcare economics, competitors, and competitive products etc. Provides input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Meet Model personal Lean Philosophy 5S behaviors in creating a continuously improving, clean, well-organized and self-maintaining work environment. Work closely with team members and others to motivate and improve 5S knowledge and implementation. Qualifications/Education: Bachelor's degree required or an equivalent level of work experience in sales with Medical Device or other Healthcare products. Minimum of 5 year of relevant experience with demonstrated track record of above plan performance in healthcare sales. Sales in medical devices, medical supplies, or pharmaceuticals. Practical knowledge of sales techniques, strategies & relationship building. Demonstrated ability to work independently & drive results. Documented sales success, preferably in B2B sales or health care. Business planning skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to grasp use of technology & applications (CRM platform, MS Office, etc). Knowledge &/or experience with the U.S. dialysis market is a plus.
