This beautiful new building will offer 100 senior apartments including independent and assisted living units as well as a carefully crafted memory care neighborhood on the first floor with a patio courtyard. Managed by Ebenezer.Greets and provides courteous assistance to all whom enter the community.Serves prepared meals to residents and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting

We are looking for a Server/Culinary Assistant . This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our senior age residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Senior Assisted Living Community in Lakeville, MN.

This casual on-call food services schedule includes;

• 40 hours per two weeks

• Day/evening shifts

• Rotating weekends

Responsibilities:

• Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and happiness with their meal service

• Sanitizes equipment, work areas and maintains supplies

• Assists with meal prep and special events

• Provides kitchen support when needed with dish washing and cleaning of floors

• Answers phones and communicates requests appropriately

• Performs other duties as assigned and directed

Preferred:

• Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork and positive attitude required

• Desire to work with seniors

• Ability to interact empathetically and communicate effectively with residents and staff

• Prefer some work experience in a customer service setting, but not required

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with excellent benefits and wages ranging from $17.77 - $25.64 / hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

$16.13-$23.30 / Hourly
