The Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician will be responsible for filling, verifying, and checking prescriptions that are being mailed out. The role requires standing for the entire 8-hour shift and the ability to lift up to 25lbs. Key responsibilities include pulling, picking, and boxing up medication with all appropriate applications. The Pharmacy Technician must adhere to safety practices to ensure quality care for patients. Essential duties also involve processing, coordinating the pull, pick, and labeling of products, maintaining professionalism, and documenting within processing systems based on policies and procedures. Additionally, the technician must efficiently pull the correct products, label them per manufacturer and state/federal requirements, and comply with applicable laws and regulations. They will also handle packaging of hazardous materials/products according to USP 800 guidelines. The role demands prioritizing and organizing work to meet deadlines and being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Lake Mary, Florida.
Work Environment
This is an ONSITE closed-door, mail-order specialty Pharmacy. Pharmacy hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-10pm, with shifts falling between 6am-8pm. Future weekend work is possible. The role involves shipping medications to patients' homes, dealing with high-cost and complicated specialty drugs. Training hours are 8:30am-5:00pm EST for 2 weeks, during which no time off is allowed. Post-training, shift hours will be between 8am-8pm EST and determined based on business needs.
