What you will do

Apprentices shall perform all Installation of commercial HVAC equipment (chillers, cooling towers, chilled water air handlers, chilled water coils, condenser & chilled water piping, pumps, valves etc.). and all other work coming under the labor agreement assigned by the Employer, limited only by their capabilities as determined by the Employer, at the respective apprentice rate of pay, and shall perform all assigned work under the direction of the Employer. Keeps JCI, contractors, and the customer informed of job progress and issues as needed.

Qualifications Required:

High School Diploma or equivalentFamiliarity with HVAC equipmentEPA Refrigeration certification a plusThe ability to perform general building maintenanceSelf-starter with ability to work independentlyThis position requires a current driver's license Willingness to supplement on-the-job training with training provided through the apprenticeship programGood verbal and written communication skills
