FFP Director of National Accounts in Lake Mary, Florida
Job Summary: The Director of National Accounts is accountable for achievement of Javo/FFP’s growth objectives through the acquisition of new national chain restaurant accounts and penetration of existing customers. Develops partnerships, maintains relationships, presents opportunities, and implements solutions. Acts as an ongoing strategic partner by providing product and service solutions that enable the customer’s success. Effective collaboration across internal and external partnerships is critical to deliver results and successfully address customer needs with Javo’s products and solutions. This position partners closely with senior leadership and frontline roles within Marketing, Operations/Supply Chain, R&D, QA/Regulatory, Finance, and beyond to organize customer-specific teams for successful execution. This position is an individual contributor role without direct reports, and preference will be given to candidates with current Foodservice National Account Experience near a major airport.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for key account customer product and service needs
Establish, outline, and deliver successful go-to-market strategies for key account initiatives with Javo’s product and service solutions
Lead a cross-functional customer team. Collaborate and influence across functions to explore opportunities and bring desired product solutions to market
Develop and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline. Strategically prospect and determine the best approaches for driving profitable growth with existing, newly acquired, and potential key accounts year on year
Identifies and communicates with appropriate account stakeholders, maintaining ideal relationships and customer interactions
Development, documentation, and presentation of win-win opportunities
Provide timely responses to and troubleshooting to ongoing situations that may impact the customer’s success with Javo’s product solutions
Report and monitor weekly/monthly sales and profit results; Compile customer business reporting as required
Participate in monthly forecasting and planning in support of optimum operational efficiency
Attend and participate in tradeshows, product demonstrations and plant tours as needed
Submit all reports including sales forecasts, weekly highlights and monthly reports accurately and on schedule
Key Attributes:
Finance Acumen: Strong understanding of the P&L, communicating and reporting financial data to drive business decision making
Has existing network of relationships with national/regional multi-unit operators in commercial restaurants, non-commercial contract management operators and/or the convenience store channel
Willing to travel up to 50% of time

Requirements
Experience:
At least 5 years’ experience selling to Foodservice National Accounts, both restaurant chains and C-Stores. Retail CPG experience will not be considered. Demonstrated ability managing large multi-unit chain accounts, driving sales growth, and delivering profitability.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
Enhanced understanding of and/or hands-on experiences with coffee, tea and botanical extracts/beverage products is preferred
Education:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Foodservice, Marketing or related field. Will consider equivalent professional experience
