- Supervising Bartenders, servers, runners, hosts, baristas through entirety of service
- Assist with POS System voids/comps/etc.
- Touching tables/conversing with guests/receiving feedback
- Ensuring guest satisfaction
- Helping staff set up lounge for service
- Directing staff to ensure prompt service
- Assisting with banquet set-up, service and breakdown
