Member of Corporate FP&A team primarily supporting all aspects of Financial Reporting & Analysis for the IT Shared Service organization. Position will also support other Shared Service functions, primarily with financial projects, providing financial support that includes overseeing CBA preparation, financial tracking of costs and benefits and gate reviews. Responsibility for key areas of the Forecasting and Business Review process, including management of the annual IT Budget process and various analyses designed to improve transparency and discipline around financial decisions. Ability to work with both the Business Units and across the Corporate team providing thought leadership and driving resolution of complex business and financial issues.

Financial representative for IT projects and Shared Service projects with an IT component. Responsibilities include:

  • Drive all financial aspects of the Cost Benefit Analysis, monthly tracking and forecasting of project expenses and capitalization.

  • Partner with Enterprise Project Management Office to ensure alignment of project reporting to financial reporting.

  • Work with the project team to forecast and plan project costs and ongoing run impact post project completion, including benefit realization.

  • Assist Leadership Team in effective communication of key business results, drivers, benchmarks and emerging trends/challenges.

  • Responsible for IT Depreciation, Capital, Telecom and License planning/forecasting.

  • Oversee the month end close process for IT.

  • Responsible for ensuring Business Unit allocations are accurate and understood by the Business Units.

  • Implement and overall reporting process for Azure spend to ensure accountability and transparency of spend.

  • Utilize resources effectively/delegate to others on the team to accomplish key deliverables.

  • Develop detailed analyses to ensure understanding and clarity around IT costs, the drivers of those costs, and the financial impact of investments in the project portfolio. Drive implementation of reporting of key IT metrics and incorporating Benchmark Data as appropriate.

  • Drive the development and implementation of a TCO model based on input from key stakeholders including the Business Unit Controllers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 7+ years experience in Financial Management, Analysis and Reporting

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, MBA or CPA preferred

  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical orientation, and an ability to structure an issue and analyze alternative solutions

  • Strong excel skills and strong attention to detail

  • Demonstrated skills in fact-based analysis, presentation, and highly collaborative interpersonal interaction

  • Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to interact with all levels of employees in the organization.

Preferred:

  • Prior internal control experience in a multi-functional, process-driven environment

  • Prior experience in IT Finance

  • Workday/Adaptive experience a plus
