Trustmark Change Management Lead in Lake Forest, Illinois

Trustmark is currently seeking a Change Management Lead to join the team. This is a hybrid work arrangement position with 3 days at the office in Lake Forest, IL, and 2 days remote.

This individual plays a key role in driving and managing organizational change initiatives within our division. Works closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management strategies that facilitate smooth transitions during periods of transformation. Requires a strong understanding of human behavior, effective communication, and project management skills to successfully guide our workforce through changes that impact processes, systems, culture, and overall business operations. Responsible for Communication, Training, and Reinforcement to ensure adoption and minimize/work thru resistance.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute on comprehensive change management strategies that include communication, training, stakeholder engagement, adoption, and reinforcement plans.

  • Develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of change management efforts.

  • Develop clear, concise, and compelling communication materials to inform and/or train employees about upcoming changes, the rationale behind them, and the benefits.

  • Establish and maintain a community of practice to better ensure scale within the organization utilizing OCM techniques.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of change management experience (prefer certification in change management) and overall 7+ years related experience.

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.

  • Proven results in providing coaching, mentoring and training within the OCM discipline.
