Product Commercialization Manager

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in Commercializing Software particularly when the go to market is through Channel Partners.

Location: US – Hybrid (60% Lake Forest, CA. 40% remote)

As part of the Product and Pricing Team within the Digital Business of AVEVA you’ll work across the whole product portfolio of AVEVA but with a primary focus upon our Partner Business in the HMI SCADA business area. You will work with Product Managers, Marketing, Customer Support, and Licensing Experts to define a go to market strategy aligned with AVEVA strategic objectives. Driving to Subscription, recurring revenue and the Flex Subscription Access Program.

Key responsibilities

• Using templates or Part Workbooks to introduce New Products (either Directly or Indirectly) into Source Systems such as MS Dynamics 365 or MS Dynamics AX.

• Design an appropriate go to market strategy for Commercialization for Parts defining version specific parts workbooks.

• Use Voice of the Customer (VoC) approaches where appropriate to determine part and list price determination.

• Drive efficiency and consistency in Product Commercialization according to the AVEVA product model.

• Work with the Product and Licensing Lead to ensure suitable Change Control measures ae applied prior to publication within Systems.

• Work with colleagues in IT and Data Governance with emphasis on key systems like Microsoft Dynamics AX, Salesforce, Oracle, AVEVA Enterprise Licensing System and other AVEVA proprietary software.

• Investigate issues and errors to resolve and address with root cause fixes.

Ideal experience

• High Attention to detail

• Knowledgeable in Software Commercialization all lifecycle stages from Early Adopter Programs through to Product Sunsetting.

• Knowledgeable in Customer journey of acquiring software through a partner.

• Able to work with Data Sets in Excel and Databases

• You have the integrity, resilience, and resourcefulness to make change happen, no matter how challenging and measure the effects of the change.

• Be able to set and follow processes of work.

• Self-starter with a sense of urgency.

We are instrumental in many new projects and enjoy in defining new innovations within AVEVA Systems relating product and pricing.

Salary Range:

$150,400.00 - $250,800.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
