Great opportunity for AP Specialist to move into a Lead/ supervisor for a growing company!

-position reports to Controller

· Supervise 2 AP Specialist

· Invoice processing volume 3K/month each AP Specialist does 1.3K/month

· Fast paced environment, yet casual and pleasant

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

· Prefer’ experience as an AP lead/Supervisor

· Worked in accounts payable for 5+ years

· Must be trainable, Team player, and willing to take on ad hoc projects

· Working knowledge of Excel, a plus VLOOKUP, pivot tables

· Experience with ERP systems another plus working knowledge of Oracle is a plus

· Education Accounting Finance bachelor’s degree, some college these are a plus, but not required
