Job Description Bremer is transforming to enable innovation needed to create and deliver new products and services that support how customers need to integrate bank services into their daily operations. Engineers have deep curiosity and interest in multiple technology domains, with experience writing code in python or similar language. They are on a team that is responsible for directly writing, testing, reviewing, and delivering code that enables the banks operations. This is an entry level position, a GitHub presence with something you've built or contributed too is a plus. QUALIFICATIONS: -A combination of education and experience generally acquired through the attainment of a High School Diploma/GED or relevant work experience. Must demonstrate the following skills: Strong desire to lean in - learn, grow, and collaborate with others directly contributing and reviewing code. Strong logic and analytical skills, a desire to solve complex problems. Ability to write code in at least one modern systems programing language, such as Go, Python, Javascript, etc. Ability to gain knowledge on a topic independently and working with others. Familiarity with relevant technical domains, such as version control, agile methodology, writing code, restful APIs, and public cloud principles. Familiarity with DevOps as a mindset and cultural movement. You understand the value of full automation and whenever you can, you lean into an 'everything-is-code' mindset. Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with other technical and non-technical people.
