Electro- Mechanical Maintenance Associate -$2,500 Sign-on Bonus Job Description Provide leadership and electro-mechanical expertise to all functional areas, and other maintenance teams as needed. Assist all manufacturing teams and maintenance departments in reaching goals pertaining to safety, quality, productivity and housekeeping. Help ensure machine reliability meets team objectives. Preventing and fixing problems on technologically advanced, high-speed machines that produce top-notch products for of the worlds population is no easy feat, but its worth it when youre recognized often by your manager, supported by your team, and see the products you produce being used by your own family at the end of the day. In this role, you will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. As a manufacturing professional, you have strong mechanical aptitude and deliver high value to your team by operating equipment at expected performance levels, and acting as a team player to exceed safety, productivity and quality goals. You also Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States Do you have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate? 1 years of continuous work experience. Have basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude and good math skills Are able to maintain a work schedule of 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime Can pass a pre-employment assessment and a pre-employment drug background screening Can pass post-offer / pre-hire Physical Abilities Test (PAT) Provides the team and mill with a hands-on technical resource with the knowledge and background to analyze problems and develop and implement solutions in the electrical and mechanical maintenance fields. Is knowledgeable and proficient in both the electrical and mechanical crafts. Responsibilities also include meeting business objectives in machine reliability, uptime, yield, and customer requirements and providing support in functional area. Must possess leadership skills to help with the development of others within the maintenance and operating teams. Reports to maintenance team leader Other Qualifications and Skills Requirements The successful candidate will possess technical skills in as many of the following areas as possible to include Industrial maintenance/Mechatronics diploma or certifications: PLCs Hydraulics Pnuematics AC/DC drives Power distribution HMIs Software Vibration diagnostics Bearing set up Welding Mechanical fabrication and assembly Lubrication
