Job Description:

PRN - Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Lafayette, CO

Intermountain Health is currently looking for an experienced Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to help cover vacations and leaves of absence. Clinic hours are Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm Seeing 12-15 patients per day

Qualifications: Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from an accredited program Licensed in the State of Colorado as an NP or PA BLS and DEA and in state of work Minimum of 2 years as an NP or PA in an oncology setting
