Celestica Facilities Specialist in Laem Chabang, Thailand

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance utility machines and facilities including HVAC system, distribution transformer, electrical protection, air compressor, pipe system and others

  • Create maintenance plan and maintenance method to maintain utilities equipment and to increase overall machinery capacity

  • Inspect and improve facility machine efficiency

  • Conduct all maintenance and project activities in accordance to the company safety and environmental policies

  • Responsible for ensuring that the projects and maintenance activities are performed correctly in terms of customer satisfaction, technical targets, time schedule, financial objectives.

  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and maintain a relationship with all parties.

  • Document all activities relating to trouble-shooting and equipment rectification

  • Plan and manage the budget for maintaining system

  • Contact the government for energy management, structure permit Issuance and other in order to apply for a factory license

  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

    Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Instrument Engineer

  • Strong knowledge of facility system

  • Get certificate of Associate Engineer or higher level

  • At least 10 years of experience in facility project and maintenance.

  • Have skills of Facility, Mechanical and Electrical in electronic is advantage.

  • Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, 5s activities

  • Good command in English
