A Project Manager is needed for a global power leader in the Ladson, SC area. This role involves planning, directing, and coordinating non-IT projects, focusing on engineering, production processes, and strategic business planning, requiring strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and technical expertise.

responsibilities:

• Coordinate projects, develop detailed plans, and direct technical activity integration.

• Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to clients.

• Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand to assess project feasibility.

• Collaborate with management, production, and marketing to discuss project specifications and procedures.

• Review, recommend, or approve contracts and cost estimates.

• Oversee and approve product designs and changes.

• Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

• PMI or PMP certification is a plus.

• 10+ years of relevant experience.

Skills:

• Verbal and written communication.

• Problem-solving and attention to detail.

• Interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Leadership and mentoring for performance feedback.

• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and cost management.
