Express is now hiring for an Accounts Payable/Payroll Clerk for a local Heating and Cooling company based out of Olympia, WA. This is a full time, in office, evaluation hire position. Compensation for this position is $22+ DOE. 

Job Duties:

• Link invoices to purchase orders
• Input and post vendor invoices and credit memos
• Ensure invoice flow and documentation through system
• Maintain electronic vendor files
• Heavy data entry

• Process payroll as a backup as needed

   

Job Requirements:

• Skilled in data entry
• 2 years experience in Accounts Payable
• 1-2 years processing Payroll 
• Experience with accounting software- construction knowledge base preferred but not required
• Must be dependable, professional and extremely organized
• Work effectively with team members
• Excellent attention to detail
