Aston Carter Project Coordinator in La Vergne, Tennessee

Description:

The Projects Department is responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all planned service projects on a national level for a wide variety of food and beverage equipment. The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting our Lead Project Coordinators with ongoing projects. QUALITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting our Lead Project Coordinators with ongoing projects • Receives customer requirements for scheduled work. • Coordinate projects through internal service management system. • Synchronizes efforts with nationwide Service Centers to schedule service according to Customer requirements and technician availability. • Communicates scheduled dates to customers and contractors. • Tracks the shipment of equipment and parts to ensure the Service Center is prepared for upcoming scheduled work. • Performs outbound customer contact calls to confirm readiness for scheduled work. • Identifies and communicates any delays in service to customers, management, and Project Team members. • Assists the Project Team with maintaining periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progress. • Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Prior experience in a customer focused environment (minimum two (2) years).
