Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. The successful candidate will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) maintenance. This position requires a proactive and customer-focused professional with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist with job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.

  • Coordinate pre-employment background checks and reference checks.

Employee Records Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS.

  • Process new hire paperwork, status changes, and terminations.

Benefits Administration:

  • Support benefits enrollment and administration processes, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.

  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and provide guidance on available options.

HRIS Maintenance:

  • Enter and update employee data in the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Generate reports and analyze data to support HR initiatives and decision-making.

Compliance and Policy Administration:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Employee Relations Support:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing timely and effective resolution.

  • Assist in conducting investigations and documentation related to employee relations issues.

General Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including filing, copying, and organizing documents.

  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in human resources or related roles.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
