Description
We’re seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team and be the first point of contact for our valued clients. The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance. The ideal candidate is friendly, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges, maintaining accurate records.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments while ensuring follow-up.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to better assist customers.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and recommend solutions.
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction ratings.
Document interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays, if required.
