Description

As an Outbound Call Center Representative, you will be a key player in driving our clients business by reaching out to potential customers who have shown interest in our mortgage and loan products. Your role will involve making outbound calls, educating potential clients on available loan options, and scheduling appointments with our loan officers for further consultation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to individuals who have expressed interest in mortgage or loan services through online inquiries, in-person interactions, or referrals.

  • Customer Education: Provide potential customers with information about different loan products and services, helping them understand their options and answering any questions they may have.

  • Lead Qualification: Assess the needs and financial situation of each potential customer to determine their eligibility for various loan products.

  • Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for potential customers to meet with loan officers or mortgage advisors to discuss their needs in more detail.

  • Follow-Up: Maintain consistent follow-up with potential customers to encourage them to proceed with the loan application process.

  • Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, including notes on calls, appointments, and customer preferences, in the company’s CRM system.

  • Compliance: Ensure that all communications and processes comply with company policies, industry regulations, and data protection laws.

  • Performance Goals: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for outbound calls, qualified leads, and appointments set.

    Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in a call center, sales, or customer service role, especially within the mortgage, banking, or financial services industry, is preferred. - Retail experience is okay!

Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone.

Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using call center software, CRM systems, and other relevant technology tools.

Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately record and manage customer information and follow detailed processes.

Goal-Oriented: Motivated by achieving and exceeding performance targets.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while achieving individual goals.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in finance, business, or related fields is a plus.
