Schedule Weekly Hours:40 Bellin and Gundersen Health System (Soon to be Emplify Health), a large and growing health system, is seeking a Human Resources Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic HR teamto fill a critical role in maintaining a fair and equitable work environment. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to legal requirements. Provide guidance and training to employees and managers on compliance matters, fostering a culture of compliance throughout the organization. Develop and facilitate compliance related training and communications to staff. What You Will Need: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or a related field 5+ years of extensive experience with healthcare compliance, project management, and HR employment law. Familiarity with maintaining and developing compliance plans Strategic and forward-thinking approach Hybrid eligible position, ability to work onsite for meetings and events as needed in the La Crosse and Green Bay, WI areas.
