This is your opportunity to provide both customer service and effective engagement to patients while doing the work you love in the beautiful Coulee region of La Crosse, Wisconsin What you will do: Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients through providing the best first/last impressions with top-level customer service. Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys. Work Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, & 9:30 AM-6:00 PM Saturday & Sunday - weekend rotation approximately every 5th weekend 9 AM-1 PM with one day off the week prior. What do you need: High School Diploma or equivalency 1 year experience in retail sales (as volunteer and/or employee). Experience in retail management process including financial aspects and vendor relationships. Job Description: The primary responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate are to maintain outstanding customer service, receive/merchandise product, and support the store management team. Sales associates are a vital team member of our pharmacy department working at point of sale areas in and outside of our pharmacies to ensure timely and accurate distribution of medications and products to our patients. Our sales associates must possess patience along with an innate desire to solve customer healthcare needs, to develop and foster relationships, instilling genuine confidence regarding health and nutrition. Major Responsibilities: 1. Demonstrate superior product knowledge in assisting customers as appropriate within scope of practice. 2. Sell merchandise while tactfully interacting with customers according to our standards. 3. Receive, check, and shelve medications and merchandise in a timely manner; keep store clean and uncluttered. 4. Complete customer transactions using Point of Sale (POS) register system. 5. Package products and prescriptions accurately for distribution to customers/patients 6. Effectively complete all opening and closing checklists as directed. 7.
