Work Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM, & 9:30 AM-6:00 PM Saturday & Sunday - weekend rotation approximately every 5th weekend 9 AM-1 PM with one day off the week prior. Job Description: The primary responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate are to maintain outstanding customer service, receive/merchandise product, and support the store management team. Sales associates are a vital team member of our pharmacy department working at point of sale areas in and outside of our pharmacies to ensure timely and accurate distribution of medications and products to our patients. Our sales associates must possess patience along with an innate desire to solve customer healthcare needs, to develop and foster relationships, instilling genuine confidence regarding health and nutrition. Major Responsibilities: 1. Demonstrate superior product knowledge in assisting customers as appropriate within scope of practice. 2. Sell merchandise while tactfully interacting with customers according to our standards. 3. Receive, check, and shelve medications and merchandise in a timely manner; keep store clean and uncluttered. 4. Complete customer transactions using Point of Sale (POS) register system. 5.
