Job Description: Supports a VP in an administrative capacity. Plays a major role in coordinating the primary function, work or activities of the executive(s) being supported by anticipating their needs and workflow. Major Responsibilities: 1. Performs a variety of more complex and advanced administrative work to senior leadership. 2. Serves as an administrative liaison with others outside of the area or organization. Demonstrates initiative and independence using extensive knowledge of the area of responsibility. 3. May deal with highly confidential and sensitive information. 4.
