JOB REQUIREMENTS: Summary of Position: Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the physical facilities (buildings and grounds). Responsible for snow plowing. Completes assigned work orders independently and within a team atmosphere. Responsible for special assignments and projects at the direction of the Facility Operations Manager and Physical Plant Director. Occasional weekend and Holidays as needed for snow plowing.
