Randstad is seeking a skilled and reliable Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator with a minimum of 6 months of forklift experience to join our dynamic team. This position offers both day and night shifts to fit your schedule. As a Stand-Up Reach Truck Operator, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and safe handling of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up reach trucks to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.

• Perform order picking and accurately fulfill customer orders.

• Replenish stock and ensure proper rotation and organization of inventory.

• Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles and place them in the appropriate storage areas.

• Conduct routine safety inspections and maintenance checks on equipment.

• Maintain organized and accessible storage areas in the warehouse.

• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Assist with inventory counts and audits to ensure accurate stock levels.

salary: $17.99 - $18 per hour

Responsibilities

Forklift Operator Duties:

Material Handling: Move materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, and manufacturing lines.

Loading and Unloading: Load and unload materials from delivery vehicles, ensuring secure placement.

Inventory Management: Keep accurate records of inventory movements and storage locations.

Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure safe operation and prevent accidents.

Warehouse Organization: Maintain organized and accessible storage areas.

Transport: Move goods within the warehouse or facility efficiently and safely.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 10 hours at one time

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
