The role Responsibility for the finance function of all SoftwareOne subsidiaries in the Greater China Region (China, Hong Kong and Taiwan) Be the finance business partner and the go-to person in finance for the local business organization within the GCR region and work closely with management to provide valuable insights and support for decision marking Collaborate closing with various department to drive the company’s financial performance Prepare the monthly financial statements together with the Finance Shared Service Centre for some countries. Ensure that the closings are prepared on time, accurate and complete Monitor and optimize net working capital and cashflow Prepare the statutory financial statements and tax declarations with support of external partners Ensure compliance to the local laws and also to IFRS, the Swo group accounting standards and to the Swo internal-control system Support and challenge the preparation of rolling-forecasts, review monthly results, analyse deviations and support the definition of measures for improvement Lead the budgeting process (preparation and review) for the region primarily focused on Revenue, Sales costs and Local OPEX What we need to see from you University degree in business administration, economics, engineering or similar Minimum 15 years’ experience in finance with multi-country coverage/responsibility, ideally experience in multinational organizations Strong background in Accounting and Financial Controlling, experience how to run a finance department Good problem solving and communication skills, trusted partner of the business organization. Place of residence in Hong Kong (preferable) with fluency in English (writing and speaking).
