Job Overview:

Development of client changes.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, prepare, review, provide inputs for negotiation, assist with close out for variations to the Prime Contract in collaboration with the Project Services team and the EPCI functions

  • Act as the focal point for functions including Project Controls, engineering, supply chain, construction to prepare and coordinate inputs, challenge functional inputs, develop cost and revenue estimates to assist with the compilation of contract changes

  • Use technical and commercial knowledge to prepare change narrative and storyboards, basis of change basis and change justifications. Must be able to clearly present and articulate their work

  • Discuss contractual entitlement for potential changes with the Contracts Manager and Project Services Team

  • Assist with tracking of potential changes, from identification through to resolution

  • Utilise MCPM change management software for coordinating potential change inputs from functions

  • Other support to the project services team as required

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Degree in Engineering or preferred

  • 6-10 years’ experience in EPC projects

  • Demonstrated experience in engineering / construction or project engineering role
