Job Summary

Motion Designers create visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms to enhance storytelling and drive higher engagement levels. They translate complex ideas effectively by blending expertise in video and animation software. This role requires critical and strategic thinking, resourcefulness, business insight, and the ability to sell ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce a wide range of visually stunning animation and motion content for social media, campaigns, and product overviews for various digital platforms. Incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance motion graphic contents' overall impact and engagement.

• Build relationships and collaborate with creative team and cross-functional partners (brand, content marketing, product marketing, research, and business partners) to bring engaging narratives to life through technical motion design projects.

• Expertly balances brand guidelines, visual identity, and motion design principles in delivering motion projects that impact business efforts. Maintains expert knowledge of corporate brand standards and guidelines to ensure consistency throughout all assigned motion tasks.

• Responsible for ensuring team-level completion of projects on time and by client expectations and key stakeholder requirements. Actively participates in initiatives outside of day-to-day tasks and recommends/consults with clients directly on the most appropriate motion solutions based on their overall marketing goals.

• Staying updated with industry trends and best practices, continuously refining skills, and exploring techniques to push motion graphics boundaries while keeping on-brand. Collaborate, inspire, and share ideas with other design practitioners in the creative community across the organization.

• Flexibility to support different time zones when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Motion Design or Animation is required.

• Advanced proficiency in video and motion design applications (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Audition) is required.

• 3D experience and knowledge of 3D 3Ds Max, Maya, Blender and Cinema4D is highly preferable.

• Subject matter expert on animation (ideation, storyboarding, and storytelling) and demonstrates high aesthetic awareness throughout all project stages.

• Passion for design and superior attention to detail.
