Financial Analyst - T&E

What You'll Do

• Audit expense reports based on expense audit rules and ensure compliance with T&E policies

• Process all requests received from Countries in accordance to Service Level Agreement

• Timely response by providing solutions to internal customer queries

• Complete the monthly closing activities in a timely manner

• Prepare T&E rejection analysis for country review

• Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, SSC processes and procedures

• Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time

What You'll Need

• Preferably possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or any related area

• Organised, tactful, dependable, analytical and meticulous

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• A team player and able to promote teamwork among the team

• Computer literate, preferably with Excel spreadsheet knowledge
