General Insurance is a leading provider of insurance products and services for commercial and personal insurance customers. It includes one of the world’s most far-reaching property casualty networks. General Insurance offers a broad range of products to customers through a diversified, multichannel distribution network.

Executive Summary of the Role :

To handle a portfolio of 414 claims for Casualty products and 847 Financial Lines products , to include adjudicating a portfolio of Casualty and Financial Lines claims. Core activities would include working closely with legal vendors including solicitors and monitoring performance, in handling litigation cases, engaging with policyholders, insureds, brokers and agents on the progress of each claim, monitor and report on any loss trends/ insights and negotiate direct settlement with third-party / third-party legal representatives in a pro-active manner, manage new incoming claims and to ensure claims are in line with Best Practice standards
