You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Guest Service Centre is responsible to assist in managing the day-to-day operation of our Service Centre, which covers the hotel's operators, ordertakers and designated guest service officers.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years work experience as a Supervisor or senior Guest Service Officer in a Telephone or Guest Service Department. Well-developed communication, telephone and customer relations Skills. Computer skills in the use of MS Office, email, Opera and PABX Systems will be an asset.
