AON Talent Acquisition Specialist (Early Careers) in Krakow, Poland

Aon are looking for an Early Careers Recruitment Specialist to join our UK EC team based in our Krakow office.

The award winning team have responsibility for recruiting and developing high potential talent into Aon’s Graduate, Intern and Apprentice programmes across the UK.

We’re looking for someone with a genuine curiosity about early careers' recruitment, wanting to grow their career within Talent Acquisition and who is passionate about attracting and developing a diverse pool of talent to lead our business in the future.

The team is responsible for attracting, selecting and on-boarding top talent from across UK schools, colleges and universities, and then developing them in partnership with the Talent Development team during their first 12-18 months at Aon. We recruit over 200 new colleagues into Apprentice, Intern, Industrial Placement and Graduate roles annually, who join over 15 offices around the UK.

The role will be based in Krakow.

What the day will look like

The Early Careers Specialist will work closely with two Recruitment Business Partners, and they will report the UK EC Recruitment Manager. As the team are based in the UK, there may be an opportunity to travel occasionally.

Attraction and Candidate Experience:

+ + Management of the Early Careers team shared inboxes to ensure emails are acknowledged and categorised accurately and in a timely manner

  • Respond to recruitment queries from applicants and colleagues

  • Support EC Business Partners with planning organising and running attraction events like: event bookings, invites, catering, travel expenses

  • Support with pre-onboarding events including but not limited to joiner gifts, invites, room bookings, travel expenses

    Assessment Centre (AC) Management:

    • Candidate engagement at AC stage: Sending invites to attend ACs, handle responses, confirming places, backfilling places, answering candidate queries
  • AC co-ordination including: Assessor invites, booking rooms, catering, security passes, reasonable adjustment management

  • Managing post – AC candidate activity including: offer emails, rejection and feedback emails, travel expenses, general candidate queries

    iCIMS/Workday:

    • Creating requisitions for new pipelines, includes set up requests, adding questions, adding assessments, completing inclusive recruitment iForms, ensuring all info is present and accurate e.g. group tagging
  • Posting/un-posting roles on Aon Early Careers website and managing candidate communication at the relevant stages

  • Weekly reporting on pipeline status to support with pipeline management during the recruitment process

  • Hiring process – managing new hires in ICIMS and Workday to ensure a smooth onboarding experience

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Organised with good attention to detail

  • Experience of using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent communication skills (min. English Level C1)

  • Curiosity and enthusiasm about Early Careers Recruitment

  • Strong focus on results when working on projects and service delivery
