Job Description
Are you a sales professional with a proven history of maintaining customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities? Do you possess advanced market research skills and have experience in achieving sales targets? Would you like to join a creative team and grow your career with us?
If the answer is yes to these questions, then we want to hear from you! As a sales professional with Grundfos, you'll develop a designated customer base, provide technical support, and monitor competitors' activities.
What is the job about?
As a Key Account Manager, you will be promoting and securing a significant portfolio of Grundfos products and services towards customers within commercial buildings. On a daily basis, you will be in close dialogue with wholesalers, installers, consultants and other technical personnel with our clients as trusted business partner.
Moreover, you will :
Deliver sales targets of project business and CBS offer in targeted vertical.
Build, manage and sale a solid pipeline of opportunities working with Data Centres Investors, Design Institutes, Contractors, Partners and Distributors.
Handle large projects with strong specification toward targeted Designers, End Users.
Actively represent Grundfos Poland on various internal and external events: fairs, seminars, conferences with focus on Data Centres business.
Actively promote mixing loop solutions in HVAC installation of Commercial Building.
Implement sales policies, procedures and systems in order to ensure compliance with corporate policies.
Your background :
We imagine that you have:
Solid knowledge of the investment process from vision till commissioning Commercial Building Services, including work with all actors.
Knowledge of Data Center business will be considered an asset.
Ability influence others and possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the Commercial Building Services.
Higher Education in Building Services, Hydro, Environmental Engineering.
Deep (practical) knowledge about HVAC systems.
Fluent in Polish and English.
Experience with using CRM.
