Your area of expertise
Technical fire protection inspection (risk assessment) of industrial companies
Preparation of engineering tender documents for fire material substance and fire loss of earnings insurance
COPE report (construction, occupancy, protection, exposure)
Normal loss and maximum loss estimation
Premium calculation
Evaluation of insurance recommendations as well as development of risk-appropriate and economically necessary measures for the sustainable improvement of fire protection
Comprehensive fire protection consulting on the basis of national and international regulations with the development of fire protection company standards
Property Risk Control Programme for Multinational Client Relationships
Technical project management with quality control of field engineers worldwide
Leading technical discussions in meetings with banks, authorities, installers, customers and insurers
Business interruption analysis and development of risk mitigation measures
Development of individual and cost-optimized fire protection system concepts
Analysis of operational explosion risks of protection concepts
Identification and assessment of environmental risk-mitigating measures to restore legal compliance and increase resilience
Your profile
Degree in fire protection engineering or comparable qualification
2 years of professional experience in a comparable position
Extensive expertise in fire protection under building regulations
Good knowledge of MS Office, CAD and AVA desirable
Very good subject-specific communication skills, both written and spoken
Strong initiative, high level of commitment and willingness to travel
Confident and professional appearance, empathy
Quick comprehension, consulting expertise and solution-oriented action
High sense of quality and responsibility
