DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Production Support Technician to join our team for our Quality department in Krakow, Malopolskie, Poland
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Ensure Product Quality – By comparing components, materials, and products to technical specifications, you will help identify defects and uphold quality standards.
Conduct Critical Testing – Your work in performing function, reliability, and packaging quality tests will contribute to product integrity.
Maintain Accurate Records – By documenting results and preparing reports, you will provide essential data for quality assurance and process improvements.
Enhance Measurement Accuracy – Operating and programming advanced measurement equipment will ensure precise testing and compliance with specifications.
Support Customers – Assisting customers with issues and problems will improve their experience and confidence in the product.
Drive Process Improvements – Your involvement in measurement uncertainty studies will help refine testing processes and improve overall accuracy.
Ensure Equipment Reliability – Regular maintenance and calibration of testing equipment will minimize errors and maintain operational efficiency.
Work with Minimal Supervision – Your ability to operate independently will allow for efficient execution of quality control tasks, contributing to team success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve quality or production-related issues efficiently using quality tools like FMEA, SPC, and capability studies.
Technical Expertise in Measurement Science & Quality Management – Some understanding of metrology principles, measurement uncertainty, and quality process management to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Effective Communication & Collaboration – Ability to work alongside production staff, support manufacturing processes, and clearly convey technical data and quality requirements.
Laboratory & Equipment Management Skills – Experience in maintaining calibration, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with certifications and accreditations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.
Engine Knowledge & Hands-on Experience – Familiarity with engine components, assembly, or testing processes.
Experience in Production or Manufacturing Quality – Previous experience in a manufacturing quality role or production environment
The compensation for this role is aligned with a local bargained or unionised agreement.
